Thanks for shopping with us!! At MYPIWI, we value your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

• You can return your product within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at team@sonano.com.au with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within a certain amount of days to your original payment method,  depending on your card issuer's policies.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
